What does NICE Site Rentals do?
We provide restroom trailers and porta potties from our own fleet, and arrange dumpsters, temporary fencing, light towers, generators and storage containers through vetted local partners, all on one quote and one invoice.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form or call 615-695-2008. Phones are answered 24/7.
Why don't you list prices?
Every job is different: dates, location, sizes, servicing and access all matter. We send a written quote for your job instead.
Can everything go on one invoice?
Yes. That is the point. One invoice per job, or per month on long jobs.
Do you offer terms for contractors?
Ask us about terms for contractor accounts.
Restrooms
What restroom trailer sizes do you have?
2-bath (about 125 guests), 3-bath (about 200), 4-bath (about 250 to 300), 6-bath (about 400 to 500), 10-bath (up to about 700) and an ADA +2 trailer (about 200 to 250). Guest counts are guides and depend on event length, food and drinks.
Do you have ADA restrooms?
Yes: ADA porta potties and an ADA +2 trailer with one wheelchair-accessible restroom and two standard restrooms.
Who owns the restrooms?
We do. They are our own fleet, and we deliver, set up, service and pick up.
How often are porta potties serviced?
On a regular schedule set with you when you book.
What does a restroom trailer need on site?
Fairly level ground and access for delivery. We will confirm power needs when you book, and a generator can be added if there is no outlet nearby.
Partner services
Do you own the dumpsters, fence, light towers and containers?
No. Those are arranged through vetted local partners. You deal with us from quote to pickup.
What's in a dumpster quote?
Size, rental days included, weight allowance, delivery and pickup, and the cost of extra days or overweight loads, in writing before we book.
Is fence installation included?
Delivery, installation, adjustments and removal are included in your quote.
Who supplies fuel for generators and light towers?
Fuel and refueling terms are listed in your quote.
Do you offer septic pumping?
Septic pumping is available by request. Request a septic quote and we will follow up.

Yes. Phones are answered 24/7 for quotes, swaps, pickups and emergencies.
