Outdoor events need more than a field and a stage. Guests need clean restrooms, lines need barricades, parking needs light, and trailers and vendors need power. We plan it together so everything shows up on time, on one invoice.
What you'll typically need
- Luxury restroom trailers sized to your guest count
- Porta potties and handwashing stations for general areas
- ADA restroom trailer or ADA porta potties
- Crowd-control barricades for entrances and lines
- Temporary fence for parking, back-of-house or VIP areas
- Light towers for parking and walkways
- Generators for restroom trailers and vendors
Restrooms come from our own fleet. Some services are delivered by vetted local partners. You get one point of contact and one invoice from us.
Size restrooms to the crowd
As a guide: 2-bath trailer about 125 guests, 3-bath about 200, 4-bath about 250 to 300, 6-bath about 400 to 500, 10-bath up to about 700, ADA +2 about 200 to 250. Longer events and open bars need more.
Weddings
For weddings, a restroom trailer is usually the right call. Call us and we will match a trailer to your guest count.
Multi-day events
Restrooms are serviced between days on a schedule set when you book.

Do you supply barricades and lights too?
Yes, arranged through our local partners on the same invoice.
Do you have ADA restrooms?
Yes, an ADA +2 trailer and ADA porta potties.
